So if you’re excited by the opportunity of a promising career creating meaningful opportunities for young people who need them, you’ll almost certainly learn a thing or two yourself.

•       You will design and deliver a safe, effective, and fun OSHC service following Y values
•       You will create a calendar of inclusive, exciting, and engaging program activities
•       You will be a role-model for our OSHC children, developing children's minds, bodies, and spirits outside of the classroom
•       You will become a trusted leader in the community, working closely with Ambarvale's families, school, and charity partners
•       You will manage a dynamic team of Educators, helping everyone's individual growth
•       You will be committed to safeguarding and hosting safe learning environments

To be successful in this role, you will have:

•        Experience being responsible for the safety and wellbeing of children
•        Experience leading others
•        Ability to follow safeguarding priorities
•        Availability to supervise Before School Care,  After School Care and Vacation Care hours

•        CHCPRT001 accreditation - ‘Identify and respond to children and young people at risk’

 Y work with us?
•        Join a supportive local area network with group training and collaborative projects
•        Room to learn new skills and build career development by gaining access to the Y NSW professional training network
•        Flexible split-shift hours and arrangements, for a work-life balance that works for you
