About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first and last person our members see in the facility – playing a key role in creating welcoming and positive experiences for all. You’ll handle face-to-face, phone and email enquiries, complete general administration tasks, manage bookings and support other departments where required.

This casual role is ideal for individuals looking to get involved in the fitness, aquatics, and recreation sector. In addition to on-the-job experience, we now offer training and development pathways from this role into:
- Learn to Swim Instructor
- Group Fitness Instructor
- Lifeguard/Duty Manager

About You
You’re self-motivated, approachable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and have the ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Current CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in customer service or administration (desirable)
- A current Working with Children Check
