An opportunity now exists for a dynamic and energetic leader with significant experience in the Health and Fitness Industry to join and lead the Health & Fitness team at The Y Broken Hill Integrated Wellness Centre. You will mentor and support the Health & Fitness team and be a part of the leadership team.

About your next role

Leading the fitness team on site, from Fitness Instructors, Personal trainers, and Group Fitness Instructors, you will guide and support them. You will come with experience in rostering but above all, you will engage with the patrons and continue to drive & growth new membership to the Centre. Come with a clear understand of programming and implementing programs within the centre.
There is a good energetic vibe within the team and they all strive to achieve the same end result.


About You


You will be self-motivated, open to learn and develop; a team player and values driven. You will show professionalism and respect in your dealings with both staff and our clients.


It is essential that you will bring with you:


  • Certificate III in Fitness
  • AusREPS Registration
  • Current First Aid
  • Current CPR
  • Interpersonal skills and an ability to deal with a diverse range of customers in age, culture, fitness histories and other backgrounds
  • Relevant industry experience in a leadership role
  • Understanding of program Implementation
  • Certificate IV in Fitness (desirable)
