Have you ever thought about doing a job that involves customer service as well as playing and coaching sports?
We are looking for someone who wants to and has the capability to do both, and be part of an amazing team at our Hawkesbury Stadium. You will join a small team of enthusiastic sport fanatics who have a true energy for success and eagerness to support the local community.

 

About the role:


This role will involve coaching the centre's Learn to Play programs whilst building a successful partnership with the community/Schools.  You will be responsible in providing high quality well planned lessons, encouraging developing skills in the sport as well as providing a fun and safe environment for learning and meeting friends for students.  The successful candidate will be available to work various shifts between the hours of 3AM to 7PM. 

 

This role will also see you supporting the Customer Service team when required which will involve meeting and greeting customers, responding to internal and external enquiries via email, phone calls and face to face as well as performing general administration tasks.

 

To be successful in this role, you will have

 

  • Sports coaching experience (netball and/or soccer coaching desirable)
  • Coaching accreditation (desirable)
  • Senior First Aid certificate
  • Current CPR

Our Recreation Team is a close-knit community of energetic people-people, with a passion for staying active and helping others. From our Duty Managers and Customer Service Officers, to our Instructors and Coordinators, the team are responsible for transforming our 24 Recreation Centres into warm, inclusive and safe spaces – providing access to health, fitness and recreation opportunities for those who need it most.
