The Pool Operations Co-ordinator will assist the Centre Manager through liaising with stakeholders to ensure council assets are effectively maintained. They will lead a team of lifeguards, duty managers and maintenance staff ensuring adherence to the centres supervision plan. 


About the role:

Joining a team of dedicated, passionate and enthusiastic leaders at Hawkesbury Oasis the Operations Coordinator will be required to provide leadership / ongoing training and direction to a team of Life Guards, Cleaning and Maintenance staff to ensure these areas run in compliance with the GSPO requirements. 

The successful applicant will also have responsibility for the administration and management of a range of other projects. These include; Staff rostering and management, Program management and financial management.  

This is Full time role. Flexible availability is required. The Oasis operates 5.30am -9pm on weekdays and 8am -6pm on weekends. 


What you will come with:


  • Relevant Industry experience in aquatic pool maintenance
  • Technical pool plant room knowledge
  • Experience in managing a team of Lifeguards and Duty Managers
  • A safety focus and ability to form safety procedures
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Aquatic Technical Operations ( Pool Ops )
  • Pool Lifeguard Licence/ Qualification
  • Relevant Pool Operations experience
