We are looking for an outcome driven Health and Fitness Team Leader to join our team at the WSU at Hawkesbury. This is a Parmanent role which will require some weekend work.In your new role you will be responsible for assisting in achieving KPI's in line with Business Plan objectives. You will be assisting the Health & Fitness Coordinator in the leadership of staff and administration and management of services, programs, facilities and procedures.
A key aspect of your role will be your ability to assist with the development, implementation and evaluation of all fitness programs. You will be self-motivated, open to learn and develop; a team player and values driven. You will show professionalism and respect in your dealings with both staff and our clients.

 

It is essential that you will bring with you:

Certificate III and IV in Fitness
Current First Aid certificate
Current CPR certificate
Current AusActive Registration

 

 

 

Recreation 

 

Our Recreation Team is a close-knit community of energetic people-people, with a passion for staying active and helping others.  

From our Duty Managers and Customer Service Officers to our Instructors and Coordinators, the team are responsible for transforming our 18 Recreation Centres into warm, inclusive, and safe spaces – providing access to health, fitness, and recreation opportunities for those who need it most.
