A great opportunity has become available for two Membership Services Officers to come join the energetic team at UNSW Fitness & Aquatic Centre. You will be available to work both during the week and weekends.
About your new role:
Membership Service Officers are responsible for providing excellent customer service for all enquiries to the facility. This front of house position requires a complete knowledge and understanding of all areas within the Centre. They are responsible for sales and enrolments, facility bookings, cash handling, email and telephone enquiries and general customer service.
To be successful for this role you will have:
- Previous experience in a sales / customer service role
- Multi-skilling and an ability to deal with a busy and demanding environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- CPR qualification or ability to obtain (essential)
- Working With Children Check or ability to obtain (essential)
- First Aid qualification (desirable)
