Customer Service Officer

We are now searching for casual customer service guru's to be the face of our Ku-ring-gai Fitness and Aquatic Centre loacted in West Pymble. Our customer service officers are passionate about creating awesome experiences and building strong relationships within the community at our centres. 

 

About the role

 

The successful candidates will have a range of availabilities to work on a rotating roster. Availabilities will range between 5:30AM and 9:00PM on weekdays and 7:00AM to 6:00PM on weekends (operational hours). We are looking for someone who can cover a range of shifts during the week and over the weekend.

 

The role will see you meet and greet customers, respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone calls and face to face as well as perform general administration tasks.  You will ensure all enquiries, bookings and issues are managed accurately and support other departments when required.  The role will give you the opportunity to build strong customer experiences and lasting relationships with our members and guests. 

 

About you

 

You are self-motivated and have a passion for customer satisfaction.  You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem solving.  Your superior customer service and admin skills along with your ability to build rapport with people will see you excel in this role! 

 

You will also come with the following

 

  • Current CPR certificate
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Valid Working With Children Check
  • Previous experience in administration/customer service role (desirable)

 

 

Recreation

Our Recreation Team is a close-knit community of energetic people-people, with a passion for staying active and helping others. From our Duty Managers and Customer Service Officers, to our Instructors and Coordinators, the team are responsible for transforming our 24 Recreation Centres into warm, inclusive and safe spaces – providing access to health, fitness and recreation opportunities for those who need it most.
