About the role

 

The role assists the Operations Coordinator to manage Centre maintenance, staff management, lifeguard performance monitoring and on-going Administrative requirements. We expect you to show initiative and be pro-active in your management areas.
 
You will also be responsible for enduring all pool and plant room is in working order and to effectively manage and maintain the facility in the absence of the Operations Coordinator.
 
This is Permanent full time position. You will need to be available across 5:00am and 9:30pm Monday - Friday and 6:00am - 6:30pm on the occasional weekends.

The Team Leader shifts will also be embedded with active and direct service as the active Duty Manager or when needed, Lifeguard.
 

To be successful for this role you will have:

 

  • Relevant industry experience
  • Pool Operators Certificate
  • Plant room experience
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • RLS Pool Lifeguard License 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
