The Mayfield Site offers before and After school care for primary school children as well as preschool-aged children.

We seek a committed Educator to help inspire children at our Mayfield West OSHC services. To be successful in this role, you will have:

 

  • Experience of and commitment to be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of children
  • Experience leading others 
  • Ability to critically reflect to develop innovative learning every day
  • Availability to supervise Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care hours

 

 

Qualifications
 

  • A Diploma in Children's Services, or equivalent (Mandatory)
  • Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk CHCPRT025 OR CHCPRT001 (Desired)
  • Valid NSW Working with Children Check
  • HLTAID004 /HLTAID012 - Current First Aid and CPR 
  • Police Check (paid for by the Y)

Our Children Services Team are the passionate leaders giving developing young minds the opportunity to learn, grow and have fun outside of school. Across 53 schools in NSW, our team of OSHC Educators and Coordinators provide before and after school (and school holiday) care that’s dedicated to the safety and development of young children. Every day, the team facilitate and run a range of valuable programs and activities that include sport, creative arts, cooking – and many more. These roles work closely with children, parents and teachers alike, to provide meaningful opportunities for young people within a healthy, safe and inclusive environment.
