We have an opportunity for a driven and focused Swimming professional to lead the successful swim team at Mt.Annan Leisure Center. 

About your new role

Reporting to the Swim School Coordinator, the Swim School Team Leader will be required to have a firm knowledge and understanding of all aspects of swimming lessons. You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to swim school staff, assisting the Swim School Coordinator in planning and overseeing the delivery of swim programs (with some direct service when required.

What you will need to have:


  • Current First Aid
  • Current CPR
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming & Water safety OR Swim Australia Accreditation
  • Staff Management experience
  • Qualification to teach adults, competitive strokes, infants, access & inclusion (desirable)
