Coordinator - Children Services

Date: 12 Apr 2024

Location: Revesby, AU

Company: YMCA NSW

Create valuable opportunities for developing young minds.

We are looking for committed Coordinator to help inspire children at our Revesby North OSHC services.

Our Out-of-School-Hours Coordinators are the organisational gurus that make sure our OSHC services are safe, effective – and always fun. Acting as both facilitator and role-model to young students from over 60 NSW schools, they design and maintain inclusive, welcoming and engaging spaces through our Before School, After School and Vacation Care services. As a member of our OSHC family, you’ll be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of developing young minds, while drawing on your leadership experience to support and guide our team of OSHC Educators. You’ll also work closely with the children, and their parents and schools, to ensure they’re set up for growth and success.

This isn’t your typical 9-5 role (they don’t call it Out of School Hours for nothing) – and if you bring the dedication, focus and commitment, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of a career in education, where you can build a schedule that works for you. So if you’re excited by the opportunity of a promising career creating meaningful opportunities for young people who need them, you’ll almost certainly learn a thing or two yourself.

Across 55 schools in NSW, our team of OSHC Educators and Coordinators provide Before school, After school and School Holiday care that’s dedicated to the safety and development of children. Every day, our teams create and deliver change making programs with experiences including sports, creative arts, cooking – and many more.
