We are now looking for a Gymnastics Team Leader to work across our site located in Bankstown.

 

About the role


Using your extensive coaching experience, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Centre's Gymnastics program is fun, progressive and engaging.
The Gymnastics Team Leader will be required to assist the Gymnastics Coordinator in the management of the gymnastics program in accordance with the policies and purpose of YMCA NSW.

 

To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience in coaching and programming within a gymnastics environment, solid organisational skills and excellent communication skills.

 

You will also come with:          

      

  • First Aid & CPR
  • Experience in coordination of Gymnastic events
  • Intermediate gymnastics coach accreditation

Our Recreation Team is a close-knit community of energetic people-people, with a passion for staying active and helping others. From our Duty Managers and Customer Service Officers, to our Instructors and Coordinators, the team are responsible for transforming our 24 Recreation Centres into warm, inclusive and safe spaces – providing access to health, fitness and recreation opportunities for those who need it most.
