About the role: 


Reporting directly to the FP & A Manager, you will oversee all business portfolios within the YMCA and be responsible for providing financial reporting/modelling, business partnering, the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts for Y NSW. This is both a challenging and rewarding role which provides specialist financial modelling and analysis work that supports strategic decision making, business projects and tendering and retendering for business opportunities.  


A key focus for the role will be leveraging the current business intelligence tools and developing key reports to support robust decision making.


About you


We are seeking a highly commercial individual who is adept at working with a broad range of stakeholders who is efficient, well organised and motivated with a strong commitment to providing sound advice and analytical support to aid business decision making. You will also display strong communication and technical skills. Specific industry experience can be varied; the key to your success in this role will be your passion and commitment.   


Ideally you would have

 

  • Bachelor degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Advanced Excel modelling skills and ideally knowledge of analysis tools such as Oracle planning tools
  • Experience working within a multisite environment with strong business partnering skills
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Extensive experience working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
