This is your chance to lead a high-priority project, backed by organisational focus, clear timelines, and the opportunity to help shape how we serve our customers.
About your Role
The Member Management Platform project is central to our mission of creating a customer-centric organisation under our North Star Transformation. By delivering this platform, you’ll be enabling enhanced member experiences, streamlining processes, and unlocking dependencies that will bring significant organisational savings.

- Lead vendor collaboration to deliver a seamless implementation, ensuring the platform meets business needs.
- Own the project’s reporting and risk management to keep it on track.

We’d love you to bring:
- Proven success in technology project delivery, preferably in membership systems or customer service platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
- A talent for navigating competing priorities to deliver results.
- Experience in the sport or recreation industry (desirable, but not essential).
