Are you ready to make an immediate impact?

Y NSW is on a transformation journey, and we’re looking for a talented Project Manager to deliver a mission-critical initiative: implementing a modern member management platform for our Sport and Recreation businesses.

This is your chance to lead a high-priority project, backed by organisational focus, clear timelines, and the opportunity to help shape how we serve our customers.

About your Role

The Member Management Platform project is central to our mission of creating a customer-centric organisation under our North Star Transformation. By delivering this platform, you’ll be enabling enhanced member experiences, streamlining processes, and unlocking dependencies that will bring significant organisational savings.

With tight deadlines and high visibility, you’ll:

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of the project, ensuring delivery by June 30, 2024.
  • Work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders across Sport and Recreation operations.
  • Lead vendor collaboration to deliver a seamless implementation, ensuring the platform meets business needs.
  • Own the project’s reporting and risk management to keep it on track.

About You

This role suits a hands-on, delivery-focused project manager who thrives on tight deadlines and complex stakeholder environments. You’re comfortable with technology implementations, driven to solve problems, and committed to high levels of collaboration.

We’d love you to bring:

  • Proven success in technology project delivery, preferably in membership systems or customer service platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
  • A talent for navigating competing priorities to deliver results.
  • Experience in the sport or recreation industry (desirable, but not essential).
  • A sharp mind for planning, risk management, and hitting deadlines.
