About the role
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Account officer/Bookkeeper to join
our team. As a key member responsible for financial management, your role will
encompass the following tasks:
Bookkeeping:

Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Handle payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.

Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Prepare and distribute invoices to customers.

Oversee and manage purchase orders
-
Generate and analyse financial reports, budget and cash-flow forecast and expenditure analysis to provide insights for business decision-making.

Compliance reporting & payments (but not limited to) payroll tax, income tax, GST and FBT etc
Office Administration:
-
Oversee email correspondence efficiently.

Assist in client and work processes management.

Handle general office administration tasks.
Skills and experience:
-
Demonstrated proficiency in using Xero accounting software.

Prior experience in a similar role.

Proficient in utilising the MS Office Suite.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
