Catering Assistant
The Y NSW has been creating memories through outdoor education programs and camps for children, young people and community groups since 1937.
Camp Yarramundi is located on the heritage listed Grose River in the beautiful Hawkesbury Valley, set on 35 acres of natural bushland, Camp Yarramundi has the capacity to accommodate up to 260 people in a variety of cabins across the site.
The camp offers a range of adventure activities, including a high ropes adventure course, giant swing, flying fox, team building and artificial caving!

At the Y, our Camping team love creating unforgettable experiences for schools, community groups, and young people in need, providing them with a strengthened sense of self and community, and a greater connection to our natural and peaceful environment. In this role, you’ll enjoy working in a small team to provide the highest quality meals and outstanding customer service to our guests at Camp Yarramundi.
You will come with:
- A strong understanding of the importance of safe food handling and compliance
- An ability to work in a team and provide service with a smile
- Advanced knowledge of what excellent customer service looks like
- A friendly nature and a willingness to learn
- A desire to impact youth, an appreciation of nature, and a love of good food!
