The Y NSW is a profit-for-purpose organisation focused on healthy living, social impact and empowering young people.

We operate 18 recreation centres, 47 out-of-school-hours care services, and two camping locations which employ over 1000 staff across NSW – and fund our diverse range of enriching community programs.

At the Y, our Camping team love creating unforgettable experiences for schools, community groups, and young people in need, providing them with a strengthened sense of self and community, and a greater connection to our natural and peaceful environment. In this role, you’ll enjoy leading a small team to provide the highest quality meals and outstanding customer service to our guests at Camp Yarramundi.  

You will come with: 

• Advanced knowledge of safe food handling and compliance regulations 

• Experience in stock control, ordering from suppliers, rostering, dietary needs & allergies 

• Ability to plan and develop nutritious and cost-effective menus for large groups. 

• A desire to impact youth, an appreciation of nature, and a love of good food! 

• A strong drive to strive for operational excellence and outstanding customer service
