The Y NSW has been creating memories through outdoor education programs and camps for children, young people and community groups since 1937.

Camp Yarramundi is located on the heritage listed Grose River in the beautiful Hawkesbury Valley, set on 35 acres of natural bushland, Camp Yarramundi has the capacity to accommodate up to 260 people in a variety of cabins across the site.

The camp offers a range of adventure activities, including a high ropes adventure course, giant swing, flying fox, team building and artificial caving!

Set on 35 acres of natural bushland, Camp Yarramundi has the capacity to accommodate up to 260 people in a variety of cabins across the site.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our campsite facilities. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Clean and sanitize cabins, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Change bed linens and towels.
  • Replenish supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the management.
  • Ensure all areas are clean and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed.
  • Follow health and safety regulations.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good physical condition and stamina.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Friendly and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
